Hola and good morning peeps

Hope you are well and happy!!

Lost 5lb this week - not as much as others but I am pretty sure the exercise afffecting loss - even so I am delighted!!!

Not going to give up the exercise tho - lets face it after the meal replacement system we have to have long term eating/exercise plans don't we? I do feel a heap better tho - feel fitter and have lost 6 inches off my stomach!!! where did that go? :p :p

that's the strange one - only a few pounds on the scale - 15 in total - but over 6 inches on my tummy - weird or what?

anyway roll 01/02/12 - end of total solutions and onwards to next phase

Sounds great. This is what I'm aiming for - drop the belly but not really watching scales.

Fantastic babez great loss 5lbs is a great number.... I am joining the gym 2moz thought i wud wait until wk 2 wen i have more energy...i plan on doing cardio 5 times wkly and weights 3 times wkly..... i was at the gym b4 xmas so its not like i am amune 2 exercise....what exercises did u do to loose all those inches off your waist any ideas 4 me 4 the gym? any help appreciated ;)
