Day 16 & feeling awful!!

Oh, I feel horrible! I've started my period ( 5 days late I may add!! ) but I feel really weak, have got a headache from hell that's not clearing despite taking tablets & drinking lots of water and in the last 2 hours, I've just started to feel shakey inside. I've also been freezing today ( I don't usually feel the cold)

I felt similar when I had mine on day 7 (mine was early???) I also felt dizzy too. I t did improve the next day and more so as each day passed. Make doubly sure that you keep up your water as even though I had been having at least 2 litres I was dehydrated.
As soon as you are able get a warm bath and early night.

Just occured to me Jackie,when you last weighed were you in ketosis?
Maybe if you weren't after your blip you are hitting it again ????

Hi Jackie. I have to say it does sound like ketosis made worse by period. Hot water bottle is your best bet (after bath). Nothing worse than feeling that miserable! Pamper yourself a bit and bed early.
