MUST get a grip
Being prepared to feel like pants is a good idea.... Infact sometimes as daft as it seems, Thu's is a good day to embark on VLCD - especially if you can get Mon off. I remember my 1st weekend I spent on and off in bed. By the time I went back to work I was drinking plenty of water and in ketosis.....

It does get easier, honestly. Keep going!
I know everyone keeps saying it, but it does get easier. First few days are vile - I felt ill and miserable and was craving food like crazy. But I'm on day 9 and really feel like I've turned a corner. Not hungry, and cravings seem to be less and less. Keep going, you can do this!
