DAY 2 ATTACK PHASE a couple of questions

Hi, day 2 on dukan and im really enjoying it

My question is!

Is vodka a no no on this diet? How much protein is to much?

Is peppermint tea ok to drink? How much diet coke a day?

Can i use onion in my cooking?
How fast should i see results? how much oatbran a day is too much? (because i eat 2 n half tablespoons yesterday :( )

Do you have the book by any chance? I'm guessing not.

He allows no alcohol. (But, if you were needing a drink, vodka + diet coke would be your best bet!).

Sites in France suggest between 1g - 1.5g protein per kilo you weigh at the outset to protect your muscles.

Diet Coke is ok. "Unlimited" theoretically.
Onion, on attack and PP days, as a condiment only.

What do you weigh now? That's important! If you're pretty heavy, you will see fast results quickly... if not, less fast, less quickly. (How long is a piece of string?)

1.5 tablespoons ONLY oatbran per day in Attack.
Thereafter 2 tablespoons.

Peppermint tea - don't see why not...
