So i need help im on ss and am struggling to finish a day we its only day 2 and like yesterday by 1pm im crawling the walls and given in xx i need some ideas suggetsions A KICK Lol in the right direction xxx any advice would be great xxx
me too.... i have been trying to start for the last two weeks and i am now 10lbs up from where i was!! keep starting each day 100% then binging!!.... maybe we can kick each other
Well...for me personally the reason of keeping myself is shape is simple. And that is I don't know if I will be alive tomorrow or if I will die later but that is all irrelevant because what only matters is NOW and what steps I can take to make myself better as a human being.
If you are struggling on the second day, you obviously aren't motivated enough. Take a look at your diet and routine and think about what you really want to get out of all of this. Set some goals and work towards them.
