Day 2 -here come the headaches!!

You can have drinks that don't contain citric acid such as coke zero. As for things to munch on you can have up to 200g a day off the specified veg list.
 
Sorry to hear about the headache :(

I like having those 1.5 litres of water around (and re-fill from tap) in an attempt to get me to drink plenty. I found last time I did this the stinky breath emerged when I got dehydrated.

The drinks listed below are currently suitable to have on Slim & Save diet. However, when purchasing branded products please ensure the ingredients do not contain citric acid:-

  • Tea
  • Coffee
  • Coke Zero
  • Asda Diet Coke
  • Dr Pepper Zero
  • Bouillon
  • Green Tea
  • Peppermint Tea
  • Asda Cola Zero Sainsbury's Flavoured Still Water (Raspberry & Cranberry, Peach, Apple & Blackberry)
  • Sainsbury's Diet Cola
  • Sainsbury's Classic Diet Cola
  • Sainsbury's Classic Zero
We recommend no more than 500 to 600ml per day of fizzy diet drinks.
