I was (and still am to an extent) the same. I dont feel hungry, yet I still crave certain food....just years of bad habits I suppose, need to break them asap to be successful on this diet, otherwise I'll just think about food all day, and what I could be eating....
Anyway, stick to it and before you know it, food wont be in yur thoughts as much.
It's a nightmare when you can smell other peoples food....I just try and remember why Im losing weight in the first place...because im unhappy the way I am, and how happy i'll be when i get to goal!
