Well I'm still here I've now lost 16lb so far so getting there still a long way to go tho.

Just coming to the end of day six and pleased to announce a 9lb loss, I know that most of this is down to water loss but still makes me feel good, the shakes are really tasty and I can cope with the few hunger pains. Just like to wish everybody good luck and lots of loss
