Day 2 on exante

Hello all,

I started yesterday on the road to a healthier me!

I didn't like the shakes I had yesterday which were strawberry and chocolate but this morning I had banana which was ok enough to drink. I've bought the bumper shakes pack so hopefully they will grow on me!

This morning I added 400ml of water instead of 250ml with the banana and it was much nicer. I haven't yet got a blender (amazon meant to deliver it today!) so I've been using a whisk which will have to do for now.

Oddly enough i've not been that hungry and had no headaches as of yet.

I've seen some people using sweeteners with the shakes, is this ok? don't they contain aspartame which causes problems with ketosis?

Anyway, 2 days in and going strong. Bring on the weigh in.

Good luck, the flavours def grow on you, I'm only on soups and thought they were pretty gross to start with but now I quite like them, add lots of spices, not sure about sweeteners although is does say they're okay on the exante site x

Hey Everton lad, add the sweetners, they suggest you add them to your black coffee if needed so they cant be that bad. On day 3 now and how is going so far, I to have not suffered from any headaches, luckily.
