Day 2 SS+ feeling really weak!

I've had lots of water, porridge, tetra and half a soup with some quorn but I still feel really weak. Felt fine yesterday. I've got 1/2 pack left but was going to have half a sweet shake. I've also had tea and coffee, just really feel bad right now.

What can I do?

have your half a pack..and go to bed if poss!!!

The first week is generally crappo for most people lol

Some sail through it (lucky them) whilst others wish they'd never bloody started it

My biggest saviour on this diet was going to bed at silly o clock ..most days around 8pm!!! and staying up there till i fell asleep...literally

Im on my fith day, three things i have learnt, lots of water, early nights and Strawberry is horrible,

I find the water flavourings give me a sugar boost if I am feeling a bit weak/faint x

Do the water flavourings count as a meal? Can you do them on SS

No they dont count as a meal hon, I think you can do them on SS, I am on SS+
