At end of day 2 ss had 3days 790 as well

Got mad headache but hoping to feel better tomorrow

I did cd last year before my wedding and got to BMI 24

Iwould like to get to BMI 20 this time and am hoping the 810 plan will help

Just wanted to check in and say hi

thanks for the support I know as soon as ketosis kicks in I'll be grand.

Bought size 8 bikinis today for hols as encouragement so I need to stick to it
also I am not grumpy just can't change mood for some reason LOL!!!!
