Day 2!!!

Still 100% on plan and not pregnant :(. Still not using my syns so I think I've got to start working on that really.
 
Had a bag of chips (17 syns) and an ice cream 10 syns? At mattock bath today. I've about a million syns saved up and we had a 3 hour hike uphill mainly so I'm not too worried.
 
Not been the best 2 weeks food wise, not gone over my syns but been using them on naughty treats instead of the more healthier options. This probably accounts for my sts the last 3 weeks.
 
Finally ive got into the 11s!!!! Only just tho at 11st 12lb but it's still an 11 something weight. I started to make sure i was having at least 5 syns a day as well as 2 hex bs and 2 hexAs (i only ever had one before and i follow green days) and this has done the trick. I used to save all my syns for a bottle or 2 of wine over the weekend but this obviously wasnt working for me so I cut the wine bingeing out and lost 2 lb. Brill. Im just going to save wine syns for extra special occasions or when i know that i will be dancing the extra calories off, not simply sitting at home on the settee.

I'm still continuing with the plan as it's the healthiest I've ever eaten. I'm a vegetarian and I'm relieved to discover that a veggie diet is fine for a developing baby too :)
 
Well it's such a long time since I wrote here! I've now got a beautiful 6 week old baby boy called chancy and I'm enjoying being a mummy so much!
I have also piled on weight going back up to 13 st 7 and aim once again to loose 4 stone. I have a year until I'm bridesmaid for my brother so I'm trying to make my mind up what diet is best? I've just stopped breast feeding, and my ceasarean scar is just about healed so feel ready for it :)

God this is bizarre reading this back! Can't believe I've let myself get up to 15st! Had another child as well since these posts! Wow!
 
After what seems like forever (really only a week?) I'm now 13st 12lb. Seems to be slowing down when 2lb a week loss is actually good.
