Day 2

Wednesday 1st April

Breakfast - WW fat free yog, banana and an alpen light bar(2sins)

Snack - Home made hummus and carrot and pepper sticks, ryvita minis (HEB)

Lunch - Small JP and beans

Tea - Over partners mums but they also do slimming work and mostly green days so I should be safe.

We had a lovely prawn paella last night (HEB)

I did eat a little ice cream and a packet of rolos aswell :(

Thursday

Breakfast - 2 x alpen light (HEB), banana, WW ff yogurt

Lunch - Jacket potato and tescos veg curry 6.1/2 syns - 1/2 hea x lite laughing cow cheese

Tea - Pork (HEB) and veg stirfry

Half a galaxy easter egg and half a bar of galaxy :(

Friday

Lunch - Heinz tomato soup

HEA - milk in tea

Tea - Prawn (HEB) taglitelli

Sat

Scrambled egg on toast (HEB)

Snack - fruit and yogurt

Lunch/tea - Something from my new slimming world recipe book

Lunch - Mulitgawani soup

Tea - Prawn (HEB) taglitelli

HEA - Milk
 
Horray - yesterday was a completely succesful day. I really wanted a glass of red wine and I also really wanted chocolates last night but I didn't even though I had both at home! I feel really proud of myself today as I have been trying to get back on the diet for a couple of weeks!

So here is to another succesful day (I hope):

Tuesday

Breakfast - rasberries and ff fromage frais

Snacks - banana and ryvita minis (HEB)

Lunch - JP and beans

Tea - pork (HEB), mash potatos, peas, carrots and gravy(sins)


Ended up using a few syns as a friend I hadn't seen for 5 months came for tea. Had chicken fajitas and a couple of glasses of wine.

Wednesday

Breakfast - FF yog, banana and 2 x alpen light bars (HEB)

Lunch - Savoury rice, some peppers and tomatoes

Tea - pork (HEB), potatoes, peas & carrots - gravy - sins
 
Oh bugger and damn - I cannot get back into this diet. This weekend is going to be impossible with things I have going on so I'm planning on coming back rearing to go on Tuesday. Hopefuly I won't put too much weight on by then.

Total Syns - 0 I believe - I am saving these for a cider festival I'm going to on Saturday :)

Green day

Breakfast - Banana and FF yogurt

Snack - Blackberries and Fromage Frais

Drinks - 2 x Green tea

Lunch - Tuna (HEB) and mixed bean salad

Clementine

Tea - Over boyf parents - they are on slimming world so should be safe plus I have a HEB to spare.

Syns- Could be 0 depending on what's for tea later.
 
Wed 22/04/2009.

Breakfast - 2 x eggs in a brown soft roll (HEB)

Snacks - 2 x oranges and FF yogurt

Lunch - Mixed bean salad with 1/3 tin tuna (Barely a sin)

Tea - Salmon (HEB) and stirfry veg - 1 tablespoon of Asda's chow mein sauce 5 sins max if I use the whole jar as is 10 for the whole jar and I am cooking for me and partner.

Total sins for day - 6 tops

I had a very good yesterday and had plenty of excercise and already feel thinner and healthier after just four days, back on the diet.

Thursday

Breakfast

2 x eggs in brown bread roll (HEB)

Snack - FF yogurt and 2 x oranges

Lunch - tinned ravioli

Tea - SW Quorn Mousaka and veg 1-2 sins

HEA - milk

Other HEB - not sure yet will maybe have 2 x alpen light bars this evening.

Does 4 glasses of white wine and half an easter egg count as a HEB? So over my sins allowance by quite a bit than I'd like for yesterday :(

Today I have a slight hangover and the munchies eek:
