3rd weigh in today and another 5 and a half off ! That's a stone and a half off in 3 weeks, to say I am thrilled is a understatement

I was at a wedding yesterday and apart from the dreaded drink I was very very good, I ate the mixed leaf which was with the starter and the veg with the main meal and feel very very very proud !

This forum has been great for support and I love it

I bought a dress just after Xmas to wear at a wedding on Friday and I couldnt as It was too big, Thankfully I have clothes of all sizes and wore another dress which was again too big but looked better than the new one, I think I may be 2 sizes smaller .
