Good day today, even did some excercises !

Made myself a different recipe for dinner tonight ......
100g mince quorn
85g chicken breast cut into small chunks
80g mushroom, green pepper, courgette
Covered chicken in spices and soy sauce and quorn in spices and Worcester sauce, fried in 1 kal and set aside,
Then fried in 1 kal veg
Added chicken and quorn back to pan and when hot serve.
Was actually very nice and I was pretty full up !
