Day 3 and findingit difficult today

    Hi guys

    im on day 3 of ss the weekend was fine but today im really hungry and have been all day. also i went on my wii fit and it said id put on 2lbs!!! surely i must be doing something wrong all ive done is have 1 shake 1 soup and a mousse on sat same on sun then today ive had 3 shakes and going to make a mousse shortly.
    im just convinced im gonna be the first person that loses nothing on ss

    Hi Lara

    Very good advice given. Its true, you will lose the weight, stick to only one set of scales and glug the water. I think many of us believe that we will be the exception to the rule and not lose anything, but this diet works!
    keep it up, you will be rewarded x

    Stay off the scales!!!

    You will be fine, Blingbabe is so right, we always think we are the exception and will ot lose the weight.
