As long as you can resist then that's great..

I have got myself a reward chart, which is stuck on the side of the fridge and every morning when I come down I get to stick a sticker on my chart for being 100% the day before... although the kids now want to stick the stickers on for me so the feeling is not the same... although I daren't let them down by cheating...
