Attack Day 3 - and still going strong!

    Dukan
    Today I have had :-
    - 2 egg ommelette with some salmon for
    brekkie,
    - Ham, chicken and 6 crabsticks for lunch
    - Salmon, mussels and prawns with garlic, a squeeze of lime and coriander for tea
    - 2 black coffees
    - 2 litres of water (so far)

    Looking forward to my galette with some sugar-free jelly and sweetened quark later tonight.

    I had lost 1.1kgs yesterday and another 400g this morning - one more day to go on Attack - before I start on cruise on Thursday. Apart from the 2 big zits on my forehead :eek: all is going well. :)

    I have surprised myself - as I really think I can stick to this!

    Hi Taffy,
    I know you only ate 6 today but, for future reference, crabsticks are limited to 8 per day.
    You may already know, but it is not in the book.

    Thanks, I did see someone else posted that yesterday evening - I did have more than 8 yesterday (very handy for munching at work).... but they are all gone now!
