Day 3.. But think i over did it on my UD!

So I'm onto day 3 now. Today is a down day, but yday was obviously an Up day and I'm worried I ate too much. I didn't calorie count much but I has:
1 cereal bar
2 slices small Wholemeal toast with butter
2 chocolate digestives
Jacket potato with cheese and beans
Banana
1 egg
Biig bag of crisps (I know that was 400 cals)
A cupcake and 3 Maryland cookies.

Definitely over did it I think! So I'm actually glad today is a down day lol.
 
I went slightly over on mine but I'm not too worried about it. Have you joined my fitness pal? That way you can track your cals so you'd def know if you went over :) I wouldn't worry about it though.

Your UD doesn't look bad at all to me. Well under 2000 calories I would think... Unless you had a giant baked potato and a cheese mountain. Certainly makes my UD look excessive

I did have a jumbo jacket lol. I used 2 dairylea light triangles tho x
 
I had 3500 calories yesterday thats over doing it lol honestly thoigh it doesnt look like u had much! X
 
Just as reassurance really, I've put in MFP my food for tomorrow and I had to add a lot just to get to 1600 lol something's are lower in cal than you'd think! Lol
