Day 3 is supposed to be crazy hard, I hope!

Just don't give in! Have some more water/tea/coffee, split your shakes so have half now, the other later. Play some games in the arcade or do something that you know is going to distract you!

I'm on day 3 after taking a few weeks 'off', so finding it hard too, but it does get easier, I promise!

Drink lots and lots of water, go for a walk, have a bath (yes this early), do some ironing (not in the kitchen), watch a film, paint your nails - anything - just don't eat!

Days 3 & 4 are tough, mind over matter, but you can do this. Eating something now will only extend the tough part of this diet. Get through today, and then through tomorrow, and then the day after that.

It is so worth it!!! Good luck.

Oh yeah. Day 3 is evil. Unfortunately for me...so were days 4-9. After that though...I was grand. After about day 4 ish it's the mental battle to drown the cravings! :)

Oh dear Nicole! I'm expecting tomorrow to be better cos I'm just working and then home. Tonite and Friday I have plans with friends. Luckily she's on some crazy plan and is only have whole-milk today - go figure?! We'll both be sat at the diner sipper our seltzers.

Claudine - I just can't wait for week 1 to be over. I wake up every morning and swear I see a difference every freakin day! that in itself is pretty awesome.

On day 3 I felt like snatching a pie out of the hand of a man walking innocently past me at my local shopping centre! So glad I didn't, for his sake and mine, ha ha.
You can get through today - you will feel so pleased by your achievement when you find out just how much weight is gone forever at the end of week one.

Day 3 and 4 were awful for me, I almost gave up, but I promise it gets so much easier............you can do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

days 3, 4 and 5 were horrendous for me...however just at the end of day 7 and feel like a new woman! plough through, it's so worth it.
