Reached end of day 3 100% on track.. Nowhere near as bad as day 2.. Still feeling hungry but the light headedness & sick feeling no longer thank god! Think that was down to my near 5 litre water intake yesterday! I hope tomorrow is even better! It's my weekly weigh in Friday so I'll let u know how I've done!!!
