day 3 of add a meal week and I've already blown it!!! HELP!!!!

Hi all,
Have already lost 17lbs on SS and started add a meal week on Sunday.
Comletely messed up by giving in to my craving for smoked salmon on Saturday, eating the whole 200 g pack!! (and AAM didn't even start til SUNDAY!!!!)
So, trying to be good again, I chose 2 quorn sausages for my 'white' choice on both Sunday and monday.
Checked for ketones last night and ..........I've slipped out of ketosis completely!!!! HORROR!!!!
I later checked the quorn sausage packajging and discovered that what I ate contained around 4g of carbs (for 2 sausages).
Curiously, I haven't headed for the chocolate or biscuits since this slip, (normally my first port of call when I fail!!) so That's good, but what I'm scared of is that I may actually put weight ON this week, instead of losing.
I'm appealing to you experts out there to give me some advice.
I was thinking of just going back to shakes only til weigh in, (saturday) to try and minimise the damage but I'm not sure what to do!!!
HELP!!!!

First of all, don't panic!!!

Draw a line under it and drink plenty of water.
Stick rigidly to AAM amounts in the booklet from now on. Don;t be tempted to miss out sachets.
You have done great so far and I can't see as this will make you gain loads. Stick to the booklet and you'll be fine.
Again, make sure you are drinking plenty of water! The more you drink the more you shrink!

Hi hummingbird, ive just finished aam today and its so hard isnt it, im sure you'll be just fine as long as you continue to follow to plan 100%, wishing you lots of luck for the rest of the week x
