Attack Day 3 on attack doing well!!

On day 3 of 5, doing ok today! Found day 1 hard, dry mouth etc even though I have been on 3L of water each day! Day 2 I was desperate for salad and how I managed to not eat the fresh pineapple and melon in fridge I do not know!! Eaten beef, ham, chicken, poached and smoked salmon, quark, fat free yoghurt and cottage cheese, eggs, omelettes, muller yoghurts, bit bored now and looking forward to salad on Saturday!!
