Day 3


Kewl as a penguins hoop!!
Had no probs with day 2, and now im starting day 3.
Ive found that having my 1st shake at about 9am and my other shake after work at about 6pm works best for me. I do wake really dehrdrated which is nuts as i drink loads (and pee loads lol) and feel a bit light headed in the mornings but it passes after a couple of hours. No headache this morning which is a bonus.
I weighed myself today (i know i should wait until the 1st week has passed - but i cudnt help it) anyway 7lb lost since starting on Wednesday :D
