I have never had a problem on this diet so can't really empathise. However, the thing that people seem to say on here is to make sure you're drinking your water, regularly throughout the day, and drink as much as you can up to the 4 litre limit. Glad you're feeling OK up to now though. This time you might be one of the lucky ones and sail through with no problems. Hope so.
