day 3...


Angel in training
well, im on day 3 and i dont want to tempt fate but im actually doing ok!... this is the 3rd time (i think) i have restarted and altho i feel like this will never end and ill never be 'thin' i do feel more focused (well... at the moment)

I have decided to do this in little goals, rather than the scary 'bigger picture'... im doing six weeks at a time, looking where im at, then going again.

Plus, this then takes me Dec 23rd, when i will have no choice but to eat... i will then restart on 30th Dec, for 6 weeks, which will take me to my birthday... then i will need to find another event 6 weeks after that? maybe easter? lol...idea's greatly received!

anyways, i feel a lot better knowing that i just need to go 6 weeks at a time and hope this is what is going to work for me...
