    of new plan and all going well! I went over my syns quite a bit yesterday as I went to a friend's for dinner but have calculated as many of them as I could and estimate I had about 50 so not too bad. Am out tonight and Mon night but will try and make it syn free as possible.

    Will just say that new plan makes eating out much easier in my opinion!! (won't elaborate too much as I think my other post was deleted!).

    Anyone have any idea how many syns I should count for those sweet sesame peanut cracker type thingys? I calculated as for normal peanuts and then added some extra because they're sweet. I wish I had stayed away as they were too moreish!

    The annoying thing about this "new plan" is that most of the consultants have freely given out information to their group members. If it was to be top secret, why have they mentioned it at all. Its the worst kept secret I have ever known if thats the case.

    Yeah - pretty much like those. They were kind of sticky with sesame seeds, a crunchy shell and then a peanut and they were sweet.

    i really dont think its a secret,

    and yea eatin out is 10 million times easier, maybe thats a bad thing :|
