well day three over didnt go bad, i had busy day again but just got in from work (work evenings) and i am so so tired ! and have a pain in my chest and keep burping hope im not going to get horrible wind on this ! im very windy usually and was hoping this would be ok but think im gonna be havin pains and burping all over the place ! had a sneak peak at scales today and 5 pound loss already but not convinced that can be true x i have been on such a high all day and now all of a sudden im sad xx boo hoo xx never mind bubble bath and bed should sort me out. good luck all.
