Day 4 and getting fed up with water now!

    Im doing quite well and im on day 4! YAY FOR ME! Im finding it all quite easy....but im really getting fed up with drinking all this water? How much are you meant to drink, because im drinking about 5litres a day! (and cant stop going to the bathroom!) And does drinking more water make it easier to loose wight?

    Hi Nicky

    Well done on getting to day 4!! I used to drink about 4 litres, it does get easier your body adapts so rushing to the toilet isn't quite so often and drinking it becomes part of the daily routine. If you are struggling cut back to 4litres instead of 5litres. Not sure what the science is but water does seem to keep those scales moving and can help with water retention (sounds bizarre but true!).

    I agree with georgie, try and cut back a bit. I found it very hard to drink in the beginning, im drinking 4litres a day now and im not rushing to the loo all the time. It does get easier :)

    5 litres?! Wow!! I'm aiming for 3 at the moment, hoping to up it soon if I can.
