Day 4 on DIET CHEF!!


Starting day 4 today. So far, so good.:D

Just had the granola with 0% fat Total yog and a chopped up Apricot. Very nice. Much better this way. I had it first with milk and it was all soggy.

Had the sausage casserole last night. It was ok but the sausages were a bit funny. Didn't seem very meaty and very soft.

Hows everyone else getting on? Good I hope. Can't wait for my first weekly weigh in. I feel very excited.:angel09:as I have been so good. Long may it continue, although I know I will have bad days. Quite a few I expect. I have to make the most of it whilst my willpower is strong.:character00116:
