Day 5 struggling

    Ok I started this 5 days ago, got through the weekend not to bad. Positive I was in work and kept busy, the negative was everyone around me was eating takeaways all 3 nights. I managed to resist however almost caved last night.

    I have just over 3 stone to lose and am determined to be at a weight which I am happy with. To be in my healthy bmi will be pleasing.

    I have not suffered to badly at the start of this but today I feel quite nauseous . I just watched my oh eat a big mac meal ! I know I really want this when I didn't relent and have one of those!!

    Anyways hopefully this feeling goes away. SOON!!! Happy shaking everyone x

    Thanks so much girls you are all my inspiration and thus site keeps me going!! Hopefully I will have a good loss howevr I am not very good at drinking water!!

    You must!!! It washes all the bad stuff out!!! Its hard but it will affect ur loss if u don't chick!!! X

    I upped my water I had at least 2 litres I aim for more tomorrow!!!

    Lipotrim at first. Then Exante. Back to Lipotrim. Now Slim and Save
    I struggle with the water too Hun but I just force myself! Just wish I could have a tiny bit of squash in it and i'd be able to do it no problem! Keep at it, I've found that I quite like really cold fizzy water. Kinda tastes like it's got a teeny bit of a flavour to it. Will all be worth it when you have your first weigh-in, stick at it xxx

    I drink fizzy its definately easier... i kinda reason with myself and i don't have my first shake till i have had 1 litre... so generally by th time i start my day i'm already well on my way with my water!!

    Ok made crucial visit to tesco today got some bottled water tastes so much better than the water I was drinking.
    Tap water ok here but not great!
    I also got some sparkling water tho I am not a big fan I will try it. Currently in the fridge so will try it super cold!
    Also didn't realise my pharmacist gave me 2 extra days worth free just in case I can't make it on Thursday , it includes vanilla which I had this morning with coffee. Quite nice!

    I have also tried to make a chocolate bar with the chocolate pack!! Lol desperate I know it better be nice.

    Anyways enough of my ramblings I am off to drink my 2nd litre of water today! Yippee

    DRINK TO SHRINK !!! Love it thanks everyone for ur support xx
