Day 5 week 2 not losing! :(

Ahh so frustrated! Lost 5lbs the first week but since saturday my scales have not budged :( following TS to the T so a little disheartening! Should i be doing more exercise?
 
Hi chlofaith. frustrated too. week 1 ts only 3lb loss. wondering too about the excercise? been knacked most nights so far tho :(
 
Most of week one loss is water and food weight, especially when you hear those big losses so don't beat yourselves up. 3lb is still a great loss for anyone in a week! Don't worry yet, give it a bit more time before you throw in the towel! :)
 
I only lost 3lb too! Do you have much to lose lewpy? I'm gonna keep keep going smidge thanks for the advice! :)
 
I think the weather has a lot to do with it we seem to hold more water I do anyway xx your doing really well so don't give up and think if you didn't start the diet you wouldn't have lost 3lbs. Well done
