Day 6 - many questions today

yipeeeeeee im in ketosis, think it took a long time for that to happen,
so im hoping that the weight will just fall off,
although i was talking to my friend today and he said that the weight will probably start showing a greater effect next week rather than the week i have just had bacause my body is so use to have sooooo much food that it thinks that your in trouble so it is storing the food as like a reserve, once it knows ooo hang on this girl is trying to get fit it will let me lose the weight...is this true??

my next weight in is on wednesday so im looking forward to what the scales say then.

Do you think that is is realistic to loose a pound a day?

Because you have all your nutrients and vitemins and protiens and carbs in your shakes your body doesn't go into starvation mode, so it doesn't store anything! in the first week you loose lots of water and glycogen so most people loose a lot in week 1! I lost 11lbs this time and 16lbs last time so yes, you could in the first week loose a lb a day!
