Attack Day 6 of Attack - Help needed

Hi Rachael, I use all the meat seasonings under the sun, Garlic, Chives, etc my cupboards are full of different seasonings. Have to say I have a thing for cracked pepper lately! On PV days I make meatballs and stick a tin of tomatoes in there with it and a heap of garlic :) NOMNOM... and nicer the next day.
Maybe start making muffins and pancake thingees for a change?

Have you tried meatloaf? with either turkey or lean beef mince? Some like them... little quiches can add variety as, if you make them in individual silicon muffin moulds, you can have different fillings in them. No need for loads of eggs either.

Fritata is also a favourite.

Have you found goji berries there? Konjac noodles? New additions and much appreciated here! We can tell you more
