    Diet:
    Low carbs
    Have not been seeing CDC on same day each week and have got confused re weeks so thought it easier to put days! Have lost another 2.5lbs which isn't great for almost 2 weeks, but I have been on holiday and went completely off-plan (interpret that as "a bit mad"!) for about 9 days of it. I am delighted that I have clawed back my gain and lost another couple of pounds. See my CDC in 8 days so hope that I have a more impressive loss next time - I need to get back on track/in the zone and refocus my efforts. I must read back in my diary to remind myself why I want this so much and that it is achievable but only if I actually DO IT!
