Morning 6ers! I started on Tuesday but off for my first WI at 10am. Quite thirsty this morning but dont want to have anything before i go especially as i need to 'go'. Been taking fibre89 everyday but it doesnt seem to help, maybe need to try two teaspoons instead.

I need to get some kind of fibre..as a 'regular' gal I have only managed to'go' twice this past week, and the second time I almost passed out 'performing'. Not a pleasant side effect :(

omg thats not good i haven't had any side effects yet touch wood my CDC told me to use off the shelf products if i get into real trouble

I've been using 1tsp everyday in a litre of water but feeling a bit of a backlog building up (yuck tmi!). I'll use 2tsp for a few days and that might help.
