Well that's it , 1 week done and dusted !
Had maple porridge this morning, then veg soup for lunch , half tuna half cottage cheese salad for dinner, then I poured my chocolate velvet shake into a container , froze it and had that for dessert ....which was pretty scrummy !
Definetely coped better today and I feel pretty good too.
But best of all ..........I got into a pair of size 14 jeggings that I haven't been able to get into ! Think I have gone down 1 size already ! Yahoo !
Now THAT'S motivation ?
