Day 9 and 100% but cravings still there

Hi all,
Well, Im still here on Day 9, going strong but the cravings still hit me everyday. I know its not real hunger but Ive always used food as my crutch in life and its deffo a hard habit to break.

I keep reminding myself why Im doing this, Ive developed a few techniques to deal with the cravings like telling myself Ill feel like absolute crap and a failure if I break this etc but has anyone any other ways or mind over matter techniques to deal with this also. Would love to hear because I need as much ammunition in my artillery as I can possibly get. Thanks xx

Hi candyloss I new to minims so excuse me if I do this wrong. I started Lipotrim on the 13th June I was 18st this morning I am 15stone so am soooo pleased. It is a hard slog but so worth it in the short time it takes to feel this weight coming off. On day 2 I felt like I was going to die but alas I am still here and feeling great. Stay strong it is worth it hun...

Hi I have been doing it now since the 13th June It works out to 6 weeks and 2 days. I have not faultered once drank gallons of water, black tea and chewed ice cubes occassionally. I have lost 14lbs first week then a 6 then 5 each week since stay at it I have done this before about 5 years ago... It is one of the best if u can get through your first week. It is a killer though, but well worth it.
Cherrygem, day 1 to 3 is so tough, total shock to the system. I know this is hard but you just have to be prepared for the annoying side effects first few days. What i did was have a diary with all the reasons I wanted to lose weight, I had to really feel how bad it is to be overweight and tell myself I could get through this. Take it easy first few days, go to bed early, keep telling yourself why youre doing this and more than anything believe you can do it. Not easy but it can be done as many people on this site have proved. To be honest, I had hit rock bottom so much with my weight that I would do anything to lose it, hence Lipotrim. I still find it hard with just cravings now but Ive to tell myself its either LIpotrim and changing my eating habits for life and being slim and healthy or else fat and miserable for the rest of my life. Its a tough call but can be done. I hope Ill continue like this, early days but this is whats helped me so far. Hope this helps in some way, also once you over first three days, the side effects not as bad. I still get cravings, some people dont. You can do it hun, just BELIEVE IN YOURSELF xx

Candyloss I am going on holiday on the 10th August so am looking at refeeding from saturday, scared to death cos don't want to put any weight on. I have read up on the refeed and they say thats the way forward. What you have said about the first three days is so very true. I think the first week is the hardest of all I still get cravings now hun and believe me I have fought with myself not to pop a piece of cheese etc. I have done this my son gets married not till next august but needed a quick start as daunting to look at 1lb per week etc.
Hey slimlinebev, I read somewhere that some people lose weight while refeeding so no worries there for ya. Glad to see you still get cravings too coz some people say they dont feel hungry at all. I bet youre delited you did so well especially for your son's wedding, hats off to you. Talk soon x

I'm new to this forum, and new to Lipotrim as well. I am fed up being fat! I am now a size 18 and i really want to be a size 10-12!

i usually avoid dairy as it makes me feel lethargic...and then i just discovered that lipotrim is dairybased? i really hope i lose rather than gain weight with it (tried celebrity slim last year and added weight)

i hate the shakes. and the soup! anyway to jazz it up?
And by the way..u know the most difficult thing for me? apart from having to cook for my 2 kids and hubby, i am a caterer...i have a restaurant and a catering service...i am constantly surrounded by food...this is gonna be soooo hard...but i am just motivating myself by how fantastic i will look and feel if i stick to this!

You can do it.... first week is awfull but then i have settled right into it!!! I have lost 19lb in my first 2 weeks!!!! You gotta do it 100% but the results are amazing!!!! xxx
