I have completed another day on my diet with cheating, yay!
Here is my food diary of the day:
Breakfast: Grapes
Lunch: 2x bread (1xheb), banana, slimming world cake (2.5 syns), 5x rich tea fingers (5 syns)
Dinner: pasta, pasta sauce
Snacks: yoghurt, slimming world cake (2.5 syns), 5x oven chips (3 syns)
I even took a cake home and gave it to my partner to eat as i was given one at work. :flirt2:
