Day 9 :-(


Yeppers. Day 9 and 10 were horrid. They sucked. I was climbing the walls, hungry and obsessed with food. Day 11 was waaaaaay better and today is good too except I stretched out to long a time between shakes, so I am a little hungry.

You will get through it. Go back and look at some of your earlier posts to re-motivate you. That's what I did.

hi yes im on day 10 and i have felt down for 2 days but the hungers not as bad lets hope it goes soon am hoping weigh in sunday will cheer me up

Hi I got my bad days on days 4/5 but after that I felt GREAT!!! I think it does vary for all of us but it really does get much better after that so keep on going, it really is worth it
Oddly, I've had one of those days today (day 26!) so it can come and go, but I suspect mine was partly due to not enough water yesterday. Sure it'll pass for you (it has for me already) and you'll feel fab again by tomorrow!
