I weigh at 10am and don't usually have first shake til after 10.30am anyway. Drink my water but not loads as sometimes go on her power plates pre-weigh if she is with a client and don't want to keel over.
On weigh in day I have a cup of tea and that's it, granted I weigh in in the morning so it's not too bad. I have my first shake after weigh in, if I'm going on some where else then I'll have a tetra straight after x
i weigh in at 9.30 am so no shake since i dont normaly have my first till 12 and ill usually have had a glass of water at 7.30 before starting the schol run, 30 minute drive to my cdc etc
i used to have rituals on sw but haven't yet on this one but i weighed before my cons weighed me in the morning then my cons came at 11 after i hadn't had my shake but had lots of water and i weighed 2lb heavier than that morning. so think i'm gonna minize the water and have my shake really earlier.
