Day five food diary

Breakfast- two weetabix with banana and dash of milk HE A-B

Lunch- scramble egg using milk from allowance
Mullet light, strawberries, blue berries

Dinner- ham salad sandwich with lettuce onion and tomato muller light, apple, strawberries and mandarins

Snack- two boiled eggs

Today was a very busy day so today i had little snacks instead of meals

I am staying with my inlaws so it's not the same as being in your own home I have decided to weigh myself when I get back home at the weekend as I want to use the same scales I started off on so hopefully I will see results and then next week when I'm back at home I can be more organised with foods I will do a big shop and get ingredients to make some of the yummy recipes in the book :D
