    lighterlife completed on ww now to try to survive
    had my first "meal" tonight lovely piece of salmon eat it slowly left a few bits but really enjoyed it then went to my first rtm meeting great to meet new people and lost 2lbs since thursday :) great day all round

    Wow, well done! You've done fantastically well! You look great. :D

    Stick to RTM to the letter though, and do it all the way through! It will help you work out portion sizes and snacking techniques for the future, that are vital!
