Blanched green beans

Sw rice pudding with milk from Hex

Was bloody lovely....

Still got Hexb and rest of milk so might have an options and Alpen light bars.

3 boiled eggs
1 clementine
2 plums
1 banana
Pasta in sauce packet ( free)
Activia ff yogurt
Raspberries

Tea is sw chilli or curry with jacket pot...

Weigh in tonight so will update...

What about making some extra portions and either freezing leftovers to use for lunches? Or just plating up and extra portion for the next day at work? Thinking ahead!! xxx
