I started again yesterday with a fresh set of eyes and below is my food diary but have since been told I have not eaten enough so that might have been my downfall!!!

2 Alpen Light bars
4 Clementines
1 Pear
2 bananas

Mullerlight Yogurt with Grapes and Raspberries

2 Jacket potatoes with plain Tuna and HEx Cheese

Small glass of wine (syns)

I knwo two peopel who will comment on this and I am going to be positive and keep going this time. :)

Activia light yogurt


2 yellow plums (ss)
4 clementines
2 slices of pineapple (fresh)

Mug shot

Poached eggs, beans and slimming world chips....

I'm full at the moment but might have an options made with milk later. ?

You need more substance!!

And technically this could be a green day so you'd get 2 of each heX!

You need more 'proper' food. A mugshot is a snack not a meal. What about a spud, or some soup or a salad or a sandwich or some ryvita's and cheese?! xx

Thats the thing i've changed.....instead of fruit and yoghurt for meals (except brekkie) i'm having proper food and i've been proper full!!!

I have been reading my food directory and when I go shopping I wil stock up on proepr meals.

Had an alpen light and a peach and a yellow plum so far today.

Jelly 1 syn
2 small meringue shells 1.5
Gravy mix 1. Total. 3.5



Today had

Ready brek with sk milk
1 yellow plum and 1 clementine

Omelette with eggs/mushrooms and ham

Yogurt and raspberries

Will add t later. Xx
