I think a lot of hunger is in our heads so u will get days where ur craving stuff bad, but it'll pass

I am on day 4, and find it to be very filling also, especially my morning shake, feel like I have actually had a meal after I have had the first shake of the day... not a bad thing though! lol.

Even today I find it okay...apart from nipping to the loo every five minutes..lol

Today is by first day so far so good lol!
I had the toffee bar for lunch (it was edible!)
Thai chicken soup for lunch (really enjoyed it)
And have had 1.5 litres of water...

I hope I find this evening OK..... Thinking I should have left the soup until at least 3pm as I've now got 8 hours before sleep with only one soup to keep me going. And evenings are my grazing time :(

At this rate it should be an Olympic Event...I'm sure I would be up for gold medal...lol

Evenings are worse for me too...trying to think of other things to do...lol
