How long have you been doing Exante for? xHi
I have been doing Lipotrim for 14 weeks and lost 3 stone 8 lb but decided to try this diet as works out cheaper and has soups and bars instead of just shakes
Had a week off over Christmas and put 7lbs on but not to bothered as started today again and true 110% for a few months
Wants to lose 5 stone so not much more to go now
