And i've woke up thinking of food!

No more starting tomorrow though i have exactly 6 weeks today till my holiday
 
Good luck! Also started yesterday. This morning I'm hungry, but someone compared hunger to itching a mosquito bite. If you scratch a little the urge just gets stronger, but if you stay strong and resist, in a few minutes the urge will disappear. Mentally, this has really helped me.

Going to try again on monday as i've now decided i fancy a drink tomorrow.

Going to try and cut carbs out from now tho see if that makes it a little bit easier

Good idea on cutting out the carbs Lulu! I'm sure that'll help.

Being hungry the first few days was really hard, but once you're through it, it's over and done with. Hang in there!
 
It is definitely much easier once the hungers gone. My advice if your struggling to get started is start on Lifestyle not Simplicity that way you can fill up on your meat and veg allowance and not feel quite so much like you've gone cold turkey.
The mild curry pack is great for mixing with meat and veg and tastes just like homemade curry.
