well, I'm back. Again. I have just over a stone and a half to lose to get back to where I was this time last year. Going to try and post on here daily and I will be brutally honest about what I eat. Needing help to keep me motivated and on track folks. I've joined my local class and I weigh in every Saturday morning.

Breakfast/dinner. Scrambled egg, tomatoes and mushrooms
2 slices wholemeal toast - 400g loaf. Hex b

Tea. Birds eye fish inspiration. 1/2 syn
Pasta
Large mixed salad
WW yogurt and choc orange hi fi bar. 3 syns.
Hoping to stay focused and not have anything too bad when I get in from work at about 1 tomorrow morning

Hi, yeah, had a good Sunday, but had a bad Saturday night at work. Had a mince pie and about a thousand Cadbury roses, well maybe not a thousand, but it seems like it looking back. There's always someone to say, go on, you know you want to. But I shouldn't blame others, it's my own fault. I just need more willpower. Any way here's today's menu.
Breakfast. Large fresh fruit salad, home made
Dinner. Tuna salad, banana and ww yogurt
Tea. Cheesy potato and ham bake served with veggies.
Hex a. 30g cheese, used in the above meal
Hex b. 2 hi fi light bars.
