I was just wondering if anyone ever goes out for breakfast, I go out once a week and usually have the 6 piece breakfast and slice of toast in debenhams, I usually go for 2 sausages 2 hash browns baked beans and scrambled egg plus the toast, now that I am starting ww I am worried about what I will have, any ideas and do you know how many points are in what I usually have?
    Thanks

I hate to break it to ya hun but i would say a good 15 points at least.

thick sausages x 2 (5 pts) hash brown x2 (6) slice toast (1.5) scrambled egg (depending on how much but say 1 egg which is 1.5pts) then beans (2pts) plus whatever the spread you put on toast.(1?)

Thats just a rough estimate tho so it could be alot less.

What about just having scrambled egg on toast with beans??

    xx
